Ourimbah Gym Clinic
The Exercise Sports Science and Psychology Building at Ourimbah is where students and staff can access high quality exercise equipment, complete a health screen and fitness testing, and also take advantage of health and fitness programming.
This facility is made available for FREE to the students and staff of the Ourimbah campus.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 9am and Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 7pm. There is always a personal trainer / exercise physiologist on shift during the opening hours and so all participants are fully supervised and exercises prescribed as needed.
Small group sessions with friends or co-workers are also available.

Callaghan Personal Training Sessions
Location: PT Centre, Sports Pavilion
When: The program runs for 8 weeks meeting with a personal trainer three times a week for an hour (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
We are currently running early morning, lunch time and evening sessions.
Cost: This program is free for University staff for 8 weeks. If you wish to continue after 8 weeks it will be at a personal expense of approximately $5 per session.

Workaholics Anonymous
Do you feel tied to your desk, lab or lap top?
Learn how to work well and avoid overworking so that you regain your life. This course will outline traits of workaholics and discuss potential problems that can develop from this behaviour including impact on work performance and relationships.
