Message from Associate Director, Organisational Development

On behalf of the Organisational Development team, the Centre for Teaching and Learning, the Equity and Diversity Unit, and the Research Division, thank you to all the staff who participated in development programs and courses during 2012.

Over 8,000 staff attendances were recorded at the University's training and development workshops.  We look forward to working with you next year to provide development opportunities to assist you in reaching your full potential in your career.

We are also keen to hear more of your local workplace stories, to share with the broader University community via In the Loop. Thank you to all our contributors. Katrina Quinn and Deb Lewis have enjoyed working with you and we all look forward to what we can achieve together in 2013.
