Staff are warmly invited to attend a Mindfulness Meditation course.   

The course will be an introduction to mindfulness meditation practice. Mindfulness is a quality of consciousness found to promote health and well-being. Participants will practice mindful awareness and learn about the key aims of meditation and how it can be used in daily life.

WHEN:   Tuesdays 12.00-1.00pm
VENUE:  HA 96
DATES:  27th November & 4th December

Each session will be of 50 minutes duration.
