Mindfulness Meditation

The University Health Service invites you to Mindfulness Meditation.

Mindfulness is a quality of consciousness found to promote health and well-being. Participants will practice mindful awareness and learn about the key aims of meditation and how it can be used in daily life.

The next workshops are:

Venue: RW150 (go through Nursing Theatre side door)

Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
