IT Services is once again participating in the annual IT Service Quality Benchmark Survey, along with the majority of other Australian and New Zealand Universities. An external company, Systems Thinking Pty Ltd has been engaged to conduct the survey, so you can be assured your answers are treated confidentially.

The theme is "Tell Us About IT" - this is your opportunity to provide your feedback on the services you receive from IT.

Staff who have contacted the 17triplezero IT Service Desk over the past twelve months will soon receive an e-mail from IT-Survey@newcastle.edu.au inviting you to participate in the survey, which only takes 5 minutes to complete.

We appreciate your time in providing your feedback. Not only will it assist us to improve our service delivery to you, we will also be able to see how we compare with other Universities.
