Vehicle Safety Checklists: be safe

A Vehicle Safety Checklist is currently being trialled with the fleet vehicles held at Facilities Management.  This will help you meet some of your responsibilities in regard to driving a safe and fully functional vehicle.

The University has a number of procedures that aim to keep our fleet of vehicles in good order.  But, drivers also have responsibility to verify as far as reasonably practical that the vehicle is in good working order before driving.

The checklists contain a list of simple reminders that each driver can complete immediately prior to commencing the journey.
