eLAMP online learning available to staff
The Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM) is offering a new online professional development program to all members - for free.
The Emerging Leaders and Managers Program (eLAMP) is designed to be a resource for new and aspiring managers in the tertiary education sector.
Available from September 2012, the online program will comprise:
Module 1: Managing & Developing Yourself
Module 2: Managing & Developing Others
Module 3: Managing & Developing the Business
Module 4: Understanding the Tertiary Education Landscape
eLAMP participants will then have the opportunity to articulate into a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education Management from the University of Melbourne after successfully completing the program.
Please note that participants must be a nominated corporate member or an individual member of ATEM.
