CALL FOR NOMINATIONS - THREE STAFF MEMBERS TO THE UNIVERSITY COUNCIL
The University Secretary has called for nominations under the provisions of University of Newcastle By-law for the election of:
- two members of the academic staff of the University, and
- one non-academic staff member
to the University Council.
The term of office of each person elected will be from 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2014. Current staff members are eligible to nominate in their respective category. Nominations will close at 5pm on Monday, 6 August 2012, followed by a ballot if necessary.
Nominations must be submitted on the approved form. Further details, including a link to the eligibility criteria and to the nomination form can be found at the University's election website http://www.newcastle.edu.au/service/elections/
