Issue 17 reports some recent wins for our engagement with Asia through signed Memorandum's of Understanding (MOU). Dr Sally Hewat, senior lecturer in Speech Pathology, recently took the first ever formal intensive stuttering treatment to Vietnam and developed new opportunites for professionals and researchers. UON Singapore has signed a MOU with the educational and training entity NTUC LearningHub, which is part of Singapore's National Trade Union Congress. This partnership means that UONS can deliver academic programs and provide specialized training across many sectors critical to Singapore's growth.
