Consultation Paper - Organisational Change
Discipline of Chinese, School of Humanities and Social Science
The Discipline of Chinese within the School of Humanities and Social Science is currently undergoing organisational change.
A Consultation Paper was presented to affected staff on 17 April 2012 to facilitate consultation with, and provision of information to, affected staff and the Unions.
Staff and the Unions were given the opportunity to provide comments, recommendations and submissions.
The Consultative Committee were given the opportunity to provide comments on the process of consultation that has occurred and the issues raised and make any recommendations.
The comments, recommendations and submissions were considered by the University and, where appropriate, reflected in the Proposal Paper. The Proposal Paper was presented to affected staff on 31 May 2012 and is available at the Employee Relations Organisational Change web site.
This document will be forwarded to the Vice-Chancellor for consideration and determination
