Do you have Asthma?
The Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) is currently conducting a research study of people with Asthma and are looking for volunteers.
The study is investigating the relationship between medications for asthma treatment and appetite, dietary intake, body composition and bone metabolism.
There is a short 30 minute screening visit and four clinical visits, which will take place at the John Hunter Hospital. This will include questionnaires, breathing tests, body composition analysis and a blood sample.
Your asthma will be comprehensively reviewed and your diet will be analysed by a qualified dietician.
If you have Asthma and would like to volunteer please contact Bronwyn Berthon on 4985 5649 or bronwyn.berthon@newcastle.edu.au or Dr Lisa Wood on 4985 5677 or lisa.wood@newcastle.edu.au
Please pass on Bronwyn's details to anyone you know who has Asthma and may wish to participate.
