Fitness Passport needs your feedback!

From time to time the Fitness Passport company reviews the gyms and pools involved in the program and asks you to provide suggestions about any additional facilities you would like to use.

Please note, the company only asks you to take part in this survey if you would genuinely use that facility if it became available – if you are happy with the existing facilities, that’s great and we hope you continue to enjoy them!
