The University is encouraging use of a wide range of technologies so that our students have a more flexible and resource-rich learning experience.
Participation in Centre for Teaching and Learning academic technologies workshops is one way for staff to develop skills and knowledge in choosing and using appropriate classroom and online tools to support their teaching.
Current workshops include:
- polishing your presentations
- SMARTboards in 60 minutes
- hands-on with iPads
- eModerating teaching with wikis, blogs and journals
- writing and presenting podcasts
- getting started in Blackboard
- introduction to Turnitin.
