Accredited programs open new pathways for staff
In 2011, the University's Organisational Development team provided University staff and affiliates the opportunity to achieve a Diploma of Management or a Diploma of Business Administration.
Congratulations Graduates!
46 staff successfully completed one of these programs. A full list of graduates can be viewed here. Their graduation photos can be viewed here.
Completion of this accredited qualification has provided graduates with a qualification that demonstrates their current competence and has also given them an opportunity to articulate into a university degree program if they had no other pathway previously.
Unlocking fears and embracing challenge
A diploma is more than a professional achievement for our graduating staff. It is also a significant personal achievement. Often continuous learning presents challenges and the fear associated with this can act as a barrier in the pursuit of our goals. So, now is the time for congratulations on this personal achievement as well as recognising the support they received from family and friends along the way.
Congratulations to all!
A significant personal achievement
