IT support over the Christmas period

IT Services will offer restricted support during the University's Christmas Closedown period. Telephone support, via the 17triplezero IT Service Desk, and limited on-site desktop support will be available at Callaghan, Ourimbah and Sydney.

There is no IT support on Public Holidays and University Concession Days.

Opening hours for the 17triplezero IT Service Desk are:

Thursday 22 December 2011 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday 23 December 2011 - 9:00 am to 12:00 noon

Saturday 24 December 2011 to Monday 2 January 2012 - No service

Tuesday 3 to Friday 6 January 2012 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday 9 January 2012 - Normal service resumes at 8:00 am.
