It is our people - academic, support staff, and fixed-term/contingent, casual and conjoint staff - who are critical to our sucess and the achievment of our strategic priorities. Every staff member makes a vital, but different, contribution to the University and its reputation.

The University's commitment to staff is now reflected in our Strategic Plan, Building Distinction 2011-2015 where 'Enhancing and Promoting a Postive Staff Experience' is one of the seven strategic priorities.

Our staff are a critical part of our strategic landscape.  Staff facilitate learning, lead research, support and develop our students, and deliver the services and facilities on which we all depend.  Together with our students, we are the University.
