The plan, as always, is open to renegotiation and should take into account all the considerations in Clause 56.0 (Annual Leave) and Clause 58.0 (Long Service Leave) in the 2010 Professional Staff Enterprise Agreement.
Further information and advice is available from your Human Resource Officer.
NOTE: The individual staff member’s circumstance and wishes, and the operational needs of the area will be taken into consideration when managing leave liabilities.
