The Leave Plan, as always, is open to renegotiation, and must take into account all the considerations in Clause 35 (Annual Leave) and Clause 36 (Long Service Leave) of the 2010 Academic Staff Enterprise Agreement.

NOTE: The individual staff member’s circumstance and wishes, and the operational needs of the area will be taken into consideration when managing leave liabilities.
