Workplace Bullying
The University of Newcastle values and celebrates diversity and is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment in which to work. However bullying can happen in any workplace and is best dealt with by taking steps to prevent it long before it becomes a risk to health and safety. The risk of bullying is minimised in workplaces where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Treating everyone with dignity and respect is in line with the University Code of Conduct and our values of honesty, fairness, trust, accountability and respect.
This page contains information that can assist you if you think you have experienced Bullying behaviour or if you have been a witness to bullying behaviour.
