We provide support to staff in the use of learning and teaching technologies, and to design and develop high quality learning materials for students at the University of Newcastle. We work with other staff within the Centre for Teaching and Learning to support the development of educational resources that can be used by students and staff at the University. We also provide support to students in the use of some online learning technologies.

We provide a range of workshops and events which support staff to design and develop educational resources. Many of our workshops focus on how to facilitate high quality online learning experiences for students at the University of Newcastle. The workshops are interactive and customised to workshop participants' needs and contexts. The workshop activities involve the use of up-to-date technology and are based upon practical pedagogical guidelines. Workshops can also be designed and developed to address specific requirements of a School, Faculty or administrative Unit.
