Booking your EchoSystem Recording

  • EchoSystem can be used for recording lecture series, one-off lectures, special events, seminars, and conferences in any  EchoSystem enabled venue.
  • Booking for EchoSystem is essential and preferably should be made as soon as you know your timetable details for the next semester/trimester.
  • Theatre booking requests are made by contacting your Faculty Timetable and Workload Officer.

*Note: Screen Capture records everything on the visualiser (document camera), lectern PC or laptop computer screen during your presentation. When you arrive at the lecture venue use the visualiser, lectern PC, or connect your laptop and activate the projection system as normal. EchoSystem recordings will automatically trigger at the scheduled start time 5 min past the hour. Presenters only need to remember to use a microphone (preferably the clip-on one). Please ensure it is turned on and volume is at an adequate level.
