Service Levels

CTL is committed to the delivery of quality services to our end users. Our aim is to satisfy our end user's current and future needs with services that meet their perception of quality and conform to the University's mission, plans, regulations and external legal requirements. In achieving this aim, CTL staff regularly run inspection checks of all equipment in timetabled rooms.

If a fault cannot be fixed quickly, a replacement unit will be provided as soon as practicable. Please note that the configuration of the replacement unit may not be the same as the faulty item.

Charges

There are no charges for equipment repairs or advice during normal University working hours.
