Refund of General Service Charge

Applications for refund of the General Service Charge (GSC) must be made within 30 days of the Semester Census Date or Trimester Census Date:

14 Days after Trimester starts
30 Days after Census date


Student cards must be returned with the application.
Applications will not be processed if your student card is not returned.

Application forms may be obtained from the Student Enquiry Counter in the Student Services Centre, Callaghan Campus or the Campus Information and Service Centre, Ourimbah Campus.
