Rescheduling an Examination

If you will be unable to attend your examination on the scheduled date you may apply to have your examination rescheduled.

Your reasons for applying to reschedule your examination may be religious, medical, because of disability, compassionate, hardship/trauma, unavoidable commitment or an unscheduled work commitment.

You must supply original or certified documents to support your claim. Refer to clause 3.7 of the Special Circumstances Procedure for more information about the type of documentation that is required.

This application should be submitted as soon as possible, but will be accepted no later than 10 working days prior to the start of the scheduled examination period. Application is made on the online Special Circumstances form if you are an Australian or onshore student. Offshore students apply using the hardcopy application.
