Cross-institutional students from other universities can undertake approved courses at the University of Newcastle for credit towards an award at their home institution. They receive instruction, assessment and examination results but are not enrolled in a University of Newcastle award program. Following examinations, cross-institutional students can access their results from the Examinations website. As a cross-institutional student you are responsible for forwarding examination results to your home institution for the awarding of credit. Cross-institutional students are subject to the policies and procedures of the University of Newcastle.
Students of the University of Newcastle are able to complete part of their studies at another university. As a cross-institutional student of that university, you need to discuss your options with staff in your Faculty Office.
