If you have recently accepted an offer to study at our University you will need to enrol in courses. A copy of "myGuide" can be downloaded here. It will provide you with information and instructions on how to enrol online.
You may be posted additional forms which require completion and return to a Student Hub. Student Hubs are located on the Callaghan Campus in the Shortland Union and Student Services building, in University House, City Precinct or on the Ourimbah Campus.
Prior to enrolment day, you would find it useful to visit other sites on our website which will give you information on course information, timetable information, the University calendar and University facilities.

Once you have enrolled and registered for tutorials and/or workshops, you will probably need textbooks. Textbook lists can be found at the United Campus Bookshop website (Callaghan campus) or the Co-op Bookshop website (Ourimbah campus).
If you have previously studied at a tertiary level (e.g. university, TAFE) you may be eligible for credit towards your new degree program. As credit may have implications for your enrolment, please complete the online Credit Application form as soon as possible. This can be found at: http://www.newcastle.edu.au/credit/applyingforcredit.html
For further information regarding credit, please go to www.newcastle.edu.au/credit
Orientation Week (O-Week) is the first week of the university year and just as important as your first week of lectures. Find out all the information you need about O-week activities, information sessions and workshops and more on our Orientation website.
