Be proud of your achievement and celebrate with us!

Whether or not you are attending your graduation ceremony, you still have many reasons to celebrate - and you still have much to do.

Some of these things include:

• going to MyHub and indicating that you have finished your program
• making sure all outstanding fees and fines are paid
• updating your address and contact details, including email

We will send out a letter of invitation to attend your graduation ceremony.  Make sure you follow all the instructions regarding ceremony registration, academic dress hire, and allocation of guest tickets.

Check out the Graduation Information booklet, which is a great source of information about these protocols and more, such as special needs seating for students and guests, photography and parking.

You will be invited to complete the Australian Graduate Survey at your Graduation Ceremony.  If you can't attend Graduation, we'll contact you later by email and mail, inviting you to complete the survey.  It's a very important national survey and a way to let the community know about the quality of your experiences at the University of Newcastle.
