The University's OSHC Allianz Global Assistance representative is available for students at the International Office on Mondays and Tuesday between 9am and 5pm and at the City Hub, Newcastle Business School, on Wednesdays between 9am and 1pm.
How to Get Your OSHC Card
- You will be sent an email to your UoN email when your card is ready to be picked up from the International Office or City Hub. Please print or bring this email with you to collect your card.
- OR you can log on to https://www.oshcallianzassistance.com.au/ and navigate to the Student section to order a card to be sent to your Australian home address.
- If you get sick BEFORE you get your card, you can print a 'temporary certificate' to use at any OSHC clinic. Simply navigate to the ‘Print a Temporary Certificate’ section on the website https://www.oshcallianzassistance.com.au/ and enter your details (your policy number is student ID number + UN. e.g. 3152698UN).
- If you experience any difficulties with your OSHC policy or card, please visit the friendly OSHC representative for personal assistance.
