How to Accept Your Letter of Offer

1. To accept and pay online using your credit card go to myHub and follow the instructions. If you choose the 'Accept without payment' option please contact International Admissions to arrange for another method of payment.

You should have received your user name and password when your application was submitted. If you do not have your user name and password please contact International Admissions via email.
NB: You only need this information if you wish to accept online.

2. To accept and pay by post, please complete and sign the Offer Acceptance Form included with your Letter of Offer and return to International Admissions along with an International Bank Draft made payable to The University of Newcastle' for the 'Total Deposit' amount. You will also need to include outstanding certified documents specified in your Conditional Letter of Offer.

3. You may also fax or email your Offer Acceptance Form to International Admissions. For information on how to arrange your payment for the 'Total Deposit' amount please send an email to the address listed below.

Please note: You should accept your Letter of Offer at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of your program as you will need to allow for student visa processing times.
