Am I eligible to defer the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF)?
As Census date has passed for Semester 1 and Trimester 1 students who have not completed the SSAF e-CAF to defer the payment will now need to pay the amount outstanding in full directly to the University.

For future study terms eligible students are able to defer payment of their Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) under the SA-HELP Loan Scheme.

To be eligible to defer your SSAF, you need to:

  • Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa;
  • Be enrolled in a course of study with a provider;
  • Meet the Tax File Number (TFN) requirements by providing the University with your TFN; and
  • Complete the e-CAF (Commonwealth Assistance Form) in myHub prior to the Census Date (Census Date: Semester 1 - 31 March 2013 & Trimester 1 - 25 February 2013 )
