Research expertise

My main research areas lie within the organisational behaviour and innovation fields - separately and jointly. I have a particular focus on psychological contracts and employment relationships - exploring how the employee-employer exchange unfolds over time. I have also received research funding to explore how workplace relationships influence the effectiveness of innovation champions within organisations and am currently working with an industry partner on the Central Coast to better explore the process of social innovation.

I prefer mixed methods research, with a particular interest in quantitative, longitudinal data analysis.
