Biography
Roger Quinn has over 20 years experience in the design and education professions. As an educator, his primary focus has been Visual Communication, Illustration and Digital Media Design. He has developed and delivered a variety of undergraduate, post graduate and specialist short courses. Experienced with online education, Roger was instrumental in establishing the University of Newcastle's "virtual campus" in SecondLife. As a design practitioner, Roger's consultancy has centred on Illustration, Visual Communications and Digital Media Design for a range of clientele, including regional, national and multinational organisations.
Roger's research interests centre broadly on visual communication, digital media design and illustration. His particular focus is on digital illustration methodologies.
