Biography

I am an early-career researcher who was awarded my PhD in 2010 on the retail innovation process in shopfront SME retailers.

In terms of research areas, I have published in a number of new or emerging areas. I have also sought to publish in areas of social or public-policy significance (such as social and environmental marketing), particularly through the use of end-of-chapter case studies in textbooks to reach future marketing students. I have also encouraged undergraduate students to publish research (and been part of that) as a way to involve them further in the research process and encourage them in considering honours and other higher degrees.
