Biography

Dr Masoud Talebian commenced his PhD in Columbia University's Industrial Engineering and Operations Research Department in 2004. Dr Talebian was awarded a full scholarship by Columbia University and completed his PhD in 2011. Dr Talebian has also completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (with particular concentration on Systems Analysis) in 2001, as well as, an MBA in 2004. Both of these qualifications were completed at the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran.
