Biography

I am currently involved in research looking at collaborative arrangements in regional networks and clusters. This research has extended to broad areas of consideration including the wine industry in the Hunter Valley as well as networks established to address homelessness in regional Queensland.

My PhD, completed in 2003, was about organisational change in the public sector.

I currently teach in the area of employment relations with a particular focus on diversity in the workplace and negotiation. I have recently co-authored a book on negotiation which is due for release by Palgrave MacMillan in mid 2010.
