Introduction

Narender is a faculty member at the Newcastle Business School of the University of Newcastle. He taught Cross Cultural Management and International Business Strategy at The University of Sydney before joining University of Newcastle where he is now teaching International Business Environment, Multinational Corporation and Management and Organisation Behaviour. He completed MBA degree at the University of Hull in the United Kingdomand received his PhD in International Business from the University of Sydney. Narender has 15 years of professional experience working for Fortune 500 companies as well as SMEs in the area of Human Resources Management, HRD and Business strategy. Since past 7 years he has devoted his time to research and teaching.
