About

Introduction

Masoud Talebian started his PhD in Columbia University's Industrial Engineering and Operations Research Department in 2004 and has been awarded full scholarship by Columbia University. He received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with System Analysis concentration in 2001 and an MBA in 2004 from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran.
