Chair of the Editorial Board of the Newcastle Law Review. State Editor of the Criminal Law Review. Member of the Editorial Board of the Asia Pacific Law Review. Author of numerous books, articles and reports on law and related matters published throughout the world. Has been a Law Reform Commissioner for Tasmania, a member of the Family Law Council and a Senior Fulbright Scholar in the United States.
