Getting connected via laptop

The University Network is available for laptop users via data outlets or wireless connection in the Student Hubs at the Callaghan and Ourimbah campuses, the City Precinct (CHIC) and the Auchmuty Information Common (AIC).

Network cables are provided in the specially designated areas in the Student Hubs. In the AIC, students must borrow cables from the AIC Information Desk (cables other than those supplied will not be supported).

Connecting your laptop to the wired or wireless network does not enable printing to the network printers or access to applications loaded on the lab PCs or MACs - it provides INTERNET ACCESS ONLY.
