Requesting Web Team Support

We offer the following support to all areas of the University:

• content editing
• navigation advice
• content migration
• design (including Flash image creation and colour palette suggestions)
• CMS training

Please submit a job request form for assistance. We aim to respond to all work requests within 2-3 working days.

Workflow

The next version of the website will have two simple step-by-step workflow processes for the approval of web based content: one for content and one for navigation. Further information will be published when available.

Navigation Approval Workflow

We are working on improving website navigation and are developing a model to establish and maintain consistency across the University website. Eventually, all schools and disciplines will share a consistent navigation structure.

Faculties may need to add specific, faculty-related navigational links to their website. The navigational approval workflow permits the area web author to submit this information to the web team for approval.
