Motor Vehicles

This section covers procedures for purchase of all University vehicles, including the various issues relating to use of both University vehicles and Private vehicles for official University business.

The University provides University Vehicles for Faculties and Divisions to use for the operations within their areas.

University Vehicles are managed by the Contracts Management Unit. The Contracts Management Unit has the responsibility for vehicle procurement and fleet management of the University Vehicle Fleet, and is not responsible for the provision of University Pool Vehicles.

All departmental vehicle enquiries should be directed to the Contracts Officer - Fleet, on 15339.

All enquiries in relation to Salary Packaged vehicles should be directed to either HRS or the Salary Packaging provider, Prosperity Salary Packaging.
