Exhibiting with the Gallery

The gallery accepts proposals from students of the University and members of the community. Solo or group student examinations shows are given a two week exhibition period as a standard and all Faculties and Schools within the University are invited to apply.

Proposals from curated or collaborative projects may be 3 - 5 weeks in duration dependant on availability within the University Calendar.

Designers, architects, and community based projects within a broad range of media are encouraged.

Proposals are accepted throughout the year and offers will be given according to the strength of the proposal and space availability of the calendar within 30 days on receipt of the proposal.

Please download an exhibition application form (Word, 84KB) and gallery floor plan (PDF, 156KB) and return with Powerpoint or digital images to the Art Curator, University Gallery, the University of Newcastle, Callaghan 2309 or online to gallery@newcastle.edu.au.
