Traveller Profile Information

Setting Up a Traveller Profile

If you do not have an online profile, please complete the traveller profile form and forward it to STA Travel for processing. STA Travel can be contacted via email address newcastleedu@branch.statravel.com.au or fax 02 4967 2845.

Within 24 hours of forwarding your profile to STA, you will receive an email advising you of your access code and password. Once this has been received, you can begin making bookings via SAM, the online system.

Domestic Travel

Please note that all bookings for Brindabella can only be made via the STA Travel branch. Please forward the traveller profile form directly to STA Travel for bookings.
