Statement of service

Client Responsibilities:
 Users of the telephone and voicemail service must:
1. Maintain the telephone handset in good working order and report all faults or damage to the 17triplezero IT Service Desk;
2. Ensure telephone handsets are not transferred or removed from the office and wall socket in which they were originally installed.

IT Services Resposibilities:
1. Provide and manage telephone services to staff offices and common areas across the University The University’s telephone service is generally available 24 x 7 except for scheduled maintenance periods.
On-site technical support for telephones is available from 9 am to 5 pm on University working days.
2. Provide and manage voicemail The University’s voicemail service is generally available 24 x 7 except for scheduled maintenance periods.
On-site technical support for voicemail is available from 9 am to 5 pm on University working days.
