Mobile phones and 4G USB devices
The University of Newcastle may provide mobile phones and 4G USB devices to staff members and business functions where there is a demonstrated business need.
These devices are limited to those listed on the current Mobile Services Request form.
Allocation and use of University mobile phones, iPhones, 4G USB devices and iPads is governed by the Mobile Phones - Purchasing and Use Policy. It is the responsibility of staff with an allocated device to ensure they are aware of, and comply with this policy at all times.

Requests for mobile phones and USB data devices must be made using the Mobile Services Request form.
When completed and signed by the appropriate DVC/PVC, the form can be faxed to the 17triplezero IT Service Desk on (02) 492 17087, or deposited in the Service Desk drop box located in the foyer of the CT Building.
