Course Development and Review

  - Course Tracking System - This system is designed to support the process of course documentation (new, revised, resumed, postponed and deleted course proposals), approval and publication.

 - Course Coordinator's Guide - Contains policies and procedures.

Faculty Role in Course Development and Review

Faculties are responsible for -

(a) The approval of new courses, the revision and deletion of of existing courses and the change of availability (offered/not offered) of existing courses;

(b) Entering course proposals (new/revised/deleted/offered/not offered) on the Curriculum Tracking System; and

(c) Assuring the quality of the course information on the Curriculum Tracking System.

Except for course proposals associated with new programs, course proposals (new/revised/deleted/offered/not offered) will not be considered by the Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Portfolio Committee or by Academic Senate.
