Ordering a printer

Printers can be leased or purchased from vendors such as Computer Systems (Australia)Pty Ltd.

Users should seek advice from IT Services prior to purchasing a printer.  Not all brands of printer are compatible with the University IT environment.

IT Services can install and connect users to these printers, however maintenance support is the responsibility of the user (ie. School, Faculty, Unit or Division).

Support of the printers under warranty is handled by the vendor or manufacturer. Warranty extension options should be discussed with the vendor at the time of purchase.
