Staff development is recognised as integral to the managing for performance (MFP) process. The planning stage of MFP is the means by which our staff and their managers discuss development goals that assist in achieving performance and career development objectives.

Where Do I find the Staff Training Calendar?
Course information such as times, duration and course description can be viewed by selecting a date in the calendar. The Staff Training Calendar is web-based, and available through this link, or the link in the left hand menu, or HRonline.

How Do I Register for a Staff Training Course?
Registrations for courses listed in the Staff Training Calendar must be completed in HRonline. The Staff Training Course Registration button in HRonline's left hand menu will direct you to the login page.
