How to Nominate
Nominations must be made on the Nomination Form. The coversheet of the Nomination Form (name of Nominee, and list of Nominators), and the three signed supporting statements by the nominators (one paragraph only from each nominator) must also be included.
Nominations must conform to the rules set out in the Professional Staff Excellence Awards - Procedure, with particular attention to Clause 3.1 (Eligibility) and Clause 3.2 (Nominations).
