Statement of service

Subject to individual licencing agreement terms and conditions, the following categories of users may access site-licenced software:
• University staff
• University students
• Conjoints
• Registered Affiliates and Visitors

Client Responsibilities:

Users who wish to obtain access to additional software packages must:
1. Complete the Software License Request form and obtain appropriate signoffs before submission to the 17triplezero IT Service Desk;
2. Ensure University software licences are only installed on systems as permitted under the licencing agreement;
3. Notify the 17triplezero IT Service Desk before transferring a software licence from one computer system to another.

Subject to the various terms and conditions of individual licence agreements, some software is only available upon request.  There is a charge for some packages.
In general, software licences are only applicable to University-owned assets.
